About Alma Musik

Alma Musik is a radio DJ known for her award-winning broadcasts on 92.5 Maxima, Star 94.5, Salsa 98.1 among others.  She’s held top-rated shows in a variety of formats including R&B, Tropical, and Country often delivering content in English and Spanish for multiple markets.

 

She was established as the first female DJ in New York’s Hispanic Radio on August 5, 1988 by WKDM 1380 where she began displaying her versatility and style in bilingual talk overs.  She has been highly regarded as a pioneer of bilingual broadcasting ever since.  

 

Alma’s professional diversification and her position as a multi-cultural ambassador continued to guide her work towards narrating documentaries and authoring her first children’s book, Kitty Kat Millidat Jumps Over the Fence.  Today, she is sharing her love of communication by teaching English and Spanish as a Certified TEFL/TESOL instructor.
